Starting the celebration early with a bunch of rare beers and plenty of Chili con Bacon! Somebody’s seeing fireworks before the day’s thru!
From The Bruery’s newsletter:
“In keeping with our tradition of ‘Red White & Brue’ flights for the 4th, this year we are going to be pouring 4 fantastic and limited beers on Sunday. Bottleworks XII, our 8% ABV Imperial Tart Wit Ale aged in wine barrels with raspberries is going to be making a very special appearance for Sunday only. We are also going to be pouring firkins of Run B.M.C., our quadruple hopped 7% ABV Imperial Pilsner, in 2 different varieties- with grapefruit and lemon zest. As if that were not enough, we will also have our 5.7% ABV Geueze-style ale with blueberries on draft. Come in early for those beers, they are extremely limited and will only be around for SUNDAY ONLY. To keep the party going into Monday the 4th, we are giving anyone wearing patriotic gear 10% off on growler fills.
All this drinking is going to make you hungry, so we have invited … our old friends at Bacon MANia to be serving up some bacon-based goodies…”
